Mission Statement

When we receive an asset we immediately launch a marketing campaign which secures the asset, including if needed, Rekeying, Cleanout, Boardup, Cash For Keys, and all aspects of property preservation. Our quality control team monitors our properties on a weekly basis and provides written reports and photos until the asset is closed.

Exclusive in REO marketing and sales, I have experience in all aspects of foreclosure including: Pre – Foreclosure Sales, Property Preservation, Interior and Exterior BPO’s, Specializing in Cash For Keys, Negotiating with Occupants, etc… Geographic Market Area: Chicago and Surrounding Suburbs, including Cook, DuPage, & Lake Counties.
